Is This Workout Right for Me?

YOU do not have to be in good shape to start. This will work for ANYONE & EVERYONE. Everyone works at their own pace based upon their heart-rate. Some of our members are nurses, moms, dads, accountants, police men, and sales reps. ALL of our members want to positively impact themselves, their families, friends, and community.

What is Orangetheory?

Orangetheory is a 1 hour, full body workout, focused on training endurance, strength and/or power.

We use Heart Rate Based Interval Training, which burns more calories post workout than a traditional exercise. When wearing our Heart Rate monitors, your real time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual Heart Rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches to lead the workout to prevent you from over or under training.

What is the Afterburn Effect?

The physiological theory behind the Orangetheory workout is known as “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC.

Our 1 hour workout is designed to produce 12 minutes or more of intensities at 84% or higher of maximum heart rate. This program design produces workout “after burn” effect, which is an increased metabolic rate for up to 24 hours after the high intensity interval workout.

What if I Have an Injury?

No worries! Our coaches are pro's and modify or creating new exercises to work around your injury. Make sure you check with your doctor first before starting a new exercise and fitness program.

How Do I Know if It's Working?

You're going to notice it in how your clothes fit and how you feel...but we want REAL & Measurable results. That's why we use heart-rate based technology and your progress is tracked in your App. We also have "InBody" private body composition analysis that measures your exact percentages of muscle, fat, and total body weight. *Muscle weighs more than fat so your weight could be the same except your % of fat has gone down and your % of muscle has gone up.

How Do I Keep Myself Accountable?

Three ways we can help. 1) Our coaches will make sure you are hitting your correct targets in class, are doing each movement correctly and safe, and keep you motivated. 2) We have a members only group to share wins, ask for help, see other members results, and be part of a supportive community. 3) We can help you find an accountability partner.
